Given so much of the messaging in this podcast is about harnessing flow and ease,  today's episode may come as a bit of surprise to you, but,  I am going to go ahead and risk sounding contrarian anyway ...Believe it or not, sometimes "going with the flow" can actually derail you. Derail you from your values, derail you from your intuition and,  even worse, derail you from your ultimate purpose. Not only is being in flow 24/7 simply not humanly possible, it is actually  a violation of universal law (remember.. we live in a dualistic reality).  When the stream your are flowing on  is in alignment with your higher self,  being "in the flow" is an incredibly powerful state. On the other hand,  if you are aimlessly flowing in fear or scarcity based programming, ,you risk drifting into a tumultuous path of  doubt, frustration, resistance and confusion. If you have felt out of whack lately, it may be time to reevaluate just whose stream you are actually flowing with.   A stream aligned in love and truth?
