I met Justin Spears at I/ITSEC event in 2023 at the M3D Technologies booth. Justin is the fractional Chief Growth Officer for M3C and he is also the founder of his own consulting firm, MXI Consulting. He served in the Navy for 5 years as an Aerospace Medicine Supervisor. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and spent his college years studying that very topic.  One of the quotes that he shared is “Are you revolutionary or evolutionary?  Wondering what that means?
