The person you are outside of work also shows up when you are in the office and anywhere you go. Leaders have the responsibility to make good decisions. It’s not always the most logical or most profitable decision, but what’s important is that you make the right decision. A quality decision is not made, you have to put it through a process. Look at your decision-making process. It shouldn’t be impulse based, or fully emotionally-based. You have to put some distance between you and the problem. Judge your bad decisions and bad habits. If you’re doing something stupid, call it out to yourself. Be brutally honest about your situation. The first step towards change is acknowledging that there’s a problem.  “Leadership is influence.
