Starting in sales in 1987 as an insurance agent for New York Life, Fobby moved into the mortgage industry in 1994. In 2000 he co-founded Horizon Mortgage Corp. Since 2013, Fobby has helped multiple lenders create winning teams of mortgage professionals. Fobby's goal has always been on profitable loan volume rather than just loan volume.  Fobby is the national sales manager for First Option Mortgage while hosting Laugh, Lend & Eat the podcast.
