We meet the visiting ghost of the Ballroom, the Duchess von Dallion.  She tells us the story of how Brer Rabbit tricked the Family with the race he set up between Cousin Dust and Cousin Rain. We are reminded that it’s always a good idea to prepare, no matter the weather.
