On today’s dojo, Tony continues the series on energy, as he dives into the importance of sleep. For Tony, physical activity, nutrition, and sleep are 3 pillars that we can conduct to maximize our energy level. It’s important to keep our energy levels up to ensure we’re functioning on an optimal level, and to have each of these pillars integrated optimally. In his own experience, Tony has found that people either have a sleep disorder or have disordered sleep. Simply put- it’s quite rare to find someone who is getting the recommend 8 hours of sleep on a regular basis. On this episode, he shares the health benefits as it relates to sleep because it is so important in terms of being restorative to our brain activity to optimize our brain functioning. Tony’s wish if for all of us to have more energy in our days and for us to be the best version of ourselves possible.
