Ryan Yates is the Founder of IDACI Motorsport, the company that helps youth and young adults increase their STEM skills and builds upon them to become experts at a young age. He started IDACI after spending his time at University, becoming an engineer, it was there he discovered he could of had an easier time getting into his chosen path and created a business that provides STEM/STEAM clubs helping young people achieve greater skills then they would have otherwise. Ryan has 7 years of STEM Outreach experience, where he has created, managed, and delivered a variety of projects within education institutions across the UK.
