Dan Burge, to most people, is a leader and a visionary. He uses his instinct and gut reaction, a skill that I think lacks in my generation, to determine his next move. We spend too much time overthinking and getting in the way of ourselves. This stops us from experiencing more of what the world has to offer. As Dan helps guide us through his career and the changes he made to himself and the culture to make to get the most out of those around him using his experience. He started in the aftermarket scene and swiftly made his way to companies like Prodrive and, following that, a big jump to Lotus in the world of OEM. Now he follows his gut and passion to the EVT group, where he gets to innovate and change how we think about electric vehicles.
