Henry and I jump on to discuss all the major changes coming to big game hunting in Colorado, some as early as this year. The three big changes we discuss are the end of over-the-counter archery elk tags for non residents, the addition of some "first rifle" deer permits in a number of units, and the change from a pure preference point system for deer, elk, and antelope to a hybrid 50/50 preference and random pool drawing.
