In this episode, it got real as Samm read the next 70 pages of Untamed by Glennon Doyle. It was almost as if Glennon's words jumped off the page and materialized in her life. The words that specifically materialized all spoke strongly to the mindset regarding parenting. Alluding to this somewhat infamous model we believe we must be for our children. Samm questions if this model of perfection is ultimately doing a disservice to our children by trying to protect them from the messiness and sometimes terrifying aspects of life that they will inevitably have to face someday.
