“I saw mentoring from a new perspective because I was able to just be totally honest with them. I think that's onething that I kind of learned is that being honest helped them the most. So, telling them that, hey, when I first went to a conference as a grad student, I was so nervous, and I had imposter syndrome around every corner and that thatstill does creep up; like admitting that and being honest about it.
