This episode blends two concepts together:
"letting go" and taking back agency over our life.
I am calling it "set yourself free", and yes, we all need to do this as we head into the new year!
Our ability to enjoy our life is equal to our ability to release the ideas and beliefs that may actually hold us hostage. What we think we know may not really be useful for us at all.
Learning to steer our own ship, think independently, and release outdated perceptions can really change our lives.
