This week I am talking about self-love: the path to your highest fulfillment.
In order to follow our true desires, we must love ourself. We must trust our authentic needs in order to pursue them, and to become the person we truly are. Conforming, fitting in, and essentially betraying ourself will only lead us to misery. We must learn to love that mysterious self inside that knows what it wants. Can you do this?
I offer six guidelines to keep the self-love flowing:

❤️Spaciousness
❤️Compassion
Practice these, and you are well on your way to true self-love, the true remedy for these times.
