International award winning leader Joshua “Atlas” Aultman is founder of Leaders-KIT.com. After 27 years of award-winning military service, Atlas helps proven leaders strengthen relationships to increase results, retain talent, and attract high-value team members.
In all of the leadership courses he has taken since the 1990’s, and after 4 degrees, Atlas never found a course that helps advancing leaders make it to the next level. So he made one, and, it has recieved rave reviews. He uses stories, proven techniques, and follow-up exercises gained from leading some of the worlds the most elite teams that compliments his experience from Special Operations, multiple combat zones, and the White House.
His major awards include Top 40-under-40 from the International Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, White House Junior Officer of the year, Two Bronze Star medals (Iraq and Afghanistan), and major organizational awards earned in every military unit that he served in, directed, or commanded. Having successfully completed missions with awesome teams in over 25 counties, he approaches life as a self proclaimed student of awesomeness.
