Listen "Robots in Restaurants "
Episode Synopsis
Robots are popping up at restaurants around the country. The cat-themed robot ‘BellaBot’ greets and serves at various spots in Ireland, with the technology already massively popular in Japan. Kieran was joined by Paul Lenihan, President of the Restaurant Association of Ireland and Conor McGinn, Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Trinity College, to discuss if this could be the answer to staff shortages.
