Faisal Hashmi is a Pakistani UAE based film maker who as he confessed speaks slightly fast but really doesn’t matter because he is one of those unsung heros behind the camera. We talk about how he fell into the mix of it all and it is an important part of him mainly due to the simple fact that he is not a product of a media and film making course or alumni, he is all self taught via trial and error, and who doesn’t love a story like that?

We talk about how important it is to get out there on social media and THE INTERNET in general. He eventually got selected for an international film festival, they showed his movie and he got his expenses paid for, you taking notes ladies and gentlemen?

Faisal brings up an interesting point of how horror and comedy has the same challenges considering the "ebb and flow", timing and delivery as well as how the movies of the respective categories are rated.
