In this episode, Alan Dawson from our Finance team (who just happens to be a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer) talks about health and fitness – why men in particular are so bad at taking their issues to their GP, but also some of the less obvious benefits of exercise, how we can fit it into our daily life, and how to find your own motivators. DISCLAIMER: For people with no known health conditions, increasing activity levels carries far fewer health risks than potential benefits. When participating in physical activity, you should gradually build up from your current ability level.There are some people who should consult with their doctor to clarify if it is safe for them to become physically active in their current state of health.
