In our Convene Forum Day this week we discussed, among other things, the leader's challenge in dealing with "glory."
I've heard it said that most people are, deep down, fearful of the power they would possess in the absolute fullness of life. As a result, they shrink back.
The H3 Leader presses into this fullness - their "redemptive potential." But in doing so, they have to consciously and actively wrestle with "glory management."
It is a fascinating discussion, but it starts with a core relationship that even makes "life to the full" possible...
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." - John 10:10
