Guy Relford returns to the 93 WIBC studios for another edition of "The Gun Guy". It's an unfortunate fact that too many people are sued after using justifiable lethal self-defense. Guy talks about how his client Kystie Phillips was sued in 2019 after she used a gun to save the life of an officer. As a result, Guy wrote a bill that he helped pass that same year that not only provides immunity to those who use legal lethal self-defense, it also provides a deterrent to future frivolous lawsuits as the law states that the loser pays the legal fees of those they sue.
