For today’s episode, Jim sits down with Michael Polydoris. Michael joined HUB International in 2020 as a senior consultant on the HRCS team. Michael partners with his clients on HR strategy, talented performance management, organizational design and structure, executive coaching, and employee development and helps them build high-performing team. Prior to Hub, Michael was an HR and management consultant for ADP, working with their largest national PEO clients. Michael has also held multiple director roles in HR, finance, and operations with several Chicago marketing and technology agencies. He has served on the board of directors of Chicago non-profits, and is currently president of the board of the non-profit animal rescue, Alive Rescue.
