The evidence often suggests it is easier to pursue as you have a fixed goal and a need to play well than trying to defend a lead.  Players have proven themselves to be fantastic in the chase while others are better in the lead. There is no correct answer to this. It has to be a personal preference. In this episode, Robin weighs up the pros and cons of both approaches.
