Hi everyone this is Cristin Powers and this is episode 4
I want to mention that these 1st 21 days are foundational to The Goddess Way. I wrote them with the intention that they be listened to in order of 1-21. So If you’re just tuning in, I suggest starting with #1 and going from there.
Each of these 21 episodes will begin with a daily intention and journal prompt and finish with a guided meditation.
Today’s journal prompt is listing out our towards and away from motivations. Where we want to go, who we want to be, vs what we want to step away from or let go of.
Allow yourself to dream in detail. What are the steps you want to take towards your best self? Envision yourself and the habits you have as a healthier, happier, more and peace version of you.
Then list out away from motivations, what are the habits holding you back? What are some things you just don’t like right now in your life, or about your situation?
I want to mention that Wellness to me is all areas of your life, not just your physical health. It’s your mental health, it's your surroundings, your relationships, it's your quality of life.
While listing out your towards and away from motivations, you can do this in any area of your life, where you want to feel better. Work, home, health, etc. Getting the momentum going, will help you to keep going and make the changes you dream of in each area of your life.
Now we will take a few minutes for a guided journey…
I am letting go of what no longer serves me
Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, ankles, fingers and toes. Relax your forehead, unclench your jaw and take a deep breath in… and out.
I am letting go of what no longer serves me.
I am releasing habits that are holding me back with ease and replacing them with ones that support my goals and my wellness journey.
I am getting clearer on who I am and who I want to be. I am allowing myself to dream in detail without judgment of my past, my present or my future. I can be this version of me, all with ease and joy.
I am letting go of negative thoughts and negative self talk. I am replacing them with kind words like what I would say to a child or loved one. I believe in myself. I can do this.
Breathe….
I can and I am letting go of what no longer serves me.
Taking a moment to think about one habit you know is holding you back, see yourself releasing it with ease. See yourself replacing it with something that feels better over time. Maybe you're letting go of physical clutter, maybe you're letting go of habits you didn’t even realize how they formed or came to be. Visualize yourself hugging this version of you, thanking yourself for these habits and thoughts that may have brought you comfort, security or peace and then releasing and walking away, stepping into the next best version of you. You replaced those habits with ease. You’ve created new habits you love that support your wellness journey.
Breathe in… breathe out.

Take a moment to come back into today.
Bring your awareness back into your body and mind.
Know that you can do this. You can take small daily actions that will add up over time.
