Wallace’s educational journey took him from a small town in Texas, to New York city to Peru and beyond. He talks about that journey, the excitement and perks of teaching in international schools and its wow factor. Shifting to athletics Wallace shares three main roles that he thinks athletic directors have. As someone who interacts with all members of a school community an athletic director is; a leader in the local community, a collaborator with other international schools and most importantly a uniter of a school community.
