No one, not even the wealthiest amongst us, can escape illness and aging. And despite all our medical advances, science is showing us that prevention is still our best option. Small investments now can pay off in the long run. Assuming we have developed the habits necessary to support our overall physical well-being, there may be at least one other thing that will help us weather the inevitable storms that we will encounter throughout life.
