In Leviticus, God’s Law provided for unholy human beings—the children of Israel—to live in the midst of their holy God. When we get to the book of Ephesians, something amazing happens. Through Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection, the division via purification laws that prevented Gentiles from worshiping God at the Temple was erased. Now, Jewish people and Gentiles who believe in Jesus are bound together by the indwelling Holy Spirit! We hope our study has made the goodness of the gospel revealed through the Temple all the more vivid and powerful in your life!
