After the chaos of Halloween, Mortimer has finally drifted into a ghostly slumber — which left us almost free to do a little fannying about (or was it faffing about?) as we debated the great British art of time-wasting, & the mystery of who said 'flim-flam', and the finer points of Shack etiquette.
Once the laughter settled, we turned our attention to this week’s theme: Cursed for Greed. From ancient tomb robbers to treasure hunters who should’ve known better, we explore the dark side of human desire — when wanting more comes with a price. Expect tales of fortune gone wrong, relics best left untouched, and the eerie echoes of those who took one risk too many.
So brew your potion of choice, settle in by the fire, and join us as we swing that light and dig into the shadowy consequences of coveting what was never meant to be ours…
