On this episode, Foxy discusses the ICE guy who got hit in his big bad bullet proof vest with a foot-long – and then attempted to get the thrower on felony charges (which got thrown out of court). Shortly after, they raided the guy’s apartment re-arresting him instead on a misdemeanor charge. After trial… the court threw the charges out yet again. We are off the rails on this one people.
