Wealth manager turned entrepreneur and digitalisation evangelist, Keith Tan’s passion for good coffee and technology kicked off Crown Coffee’s meteoric journey in 2016. Through astute observations, Keith quickly recognised gaps in the labour, service, and quality market that could be enriched by adopting industry-disrupting technology.  Leveraging on robotics, AI and data, Keith started Crown Digital and created Ella, one of the world's most successful robot barista, with a renewed focus to empower traditional businesses through automation, with a vision to be the largest coffee beverages operator powered by AI and robotic technology.
