EPISODE 1: After being bitten by the baking bug during a brief trip to Arizona, Ray boldly chooses to quit his job as an Automotive Tool Engineer in Detroit and move his family back West to Arizona to make a fresh start in the bakery business. After car trouble leaves them stranded in Cabeza New Mexico the family finds themselves surrounded by people who are willing to go out of their way to make them stay.
