Listen "Episode 5: Learning to embrace change as a business owner"
Episode Synopsis
As a first-gen business owner one thing that I have learned is change is inevitable and it happens faster than you think. I used to be scared of change because as a Latina, I was taught that change meant you couldn’t keep your word. As I became a business owner I realized that going against change was actually limiting myself from better opportunities, from prioritizing myself, and bettering my craft. In this episode, I talk about some of the changes that I am doing in my food business and how I self-coach during the process.
