In this episode Kevin and I go back and forth sharing our thoughts on the things that we want to continue to work on and get better at in the coming year, 2021. While we both worked on our lists separately and did not discuss them before sitting down to record there are a lot of similarities and it is fun to hear how we both came to many of the same conclusions on a handful of ways that we want to carry the fire into this new year that is now upon us. Keep a routine bedtime and waking time. Nutrition, do 30 days of strict carnivore followed by the vertical diet.Continue to work on and polish morning routine and night routine.Be available, be of service. Do something for someone else daily.Cut back on the amount of political news and covid news I take in on a daily basis.
