Captain Dean Rivero has for LA County Fire for almost 30 years. He is a husband, father and a blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu. In this episode we talk to Dean about the life lessons he learned as a father starting Jiu Jitsu somewhat late in life. We also talk about the things he has learned through marriage retreats that he and his wife hosted and attended over the years and what he attributes his marriage staying together to.
