Victor Dandridge has worked for years for the state of Ohio as a Contract Negotiations Arbitration Specialist facilitating negotiations and dialogues between disputing parties to help resolve conflicts outside the court system; However he's more known for his facilitation and negotiations of helping thousands of young men and women change their lives in Ohio communities and beyond into the world of sports, he has helped countless young men and women receive scholarships for their athletic prowess and he always helped steer kids down the right path. He's better known around the Columbus area as "Coach Vic" for his community efforts of creating open gyms, showcases, events, and summer leagues to give opportunities for exposure and outlets for young adults to hone their crafts, get out of trouble, and connect with colleges and professional organizations. He embodies the word family and the idea that it takes a village to raise a child. Dr. Rhodman addresses him as the Great One. The one and only Victor Dandridge aka Coach Vic.
