In this episode I share about all sorts of situations where you CAN use FAM even though your charts probably won’t look like a text book chart.What’s cool about FAM is that it’s simply a method for collecting data and the interpretation of that data is up to you (and an educator - like me ). It doesn’t require that your cycle or your body behaves a certain way in order for it to be effective.You can prevent or achieve pregnancy and use your cycle as a vital sign no matter what your period issues may be!Hit me with you questions!
