They will help you when you welcome them into your thought patterns. Reroute your negative thought patterns. Take the negativity captive when it approaches your mindset. Of course, easier said than done. Allowing a friend to transparently hear what you tell yourself is a great way to begin to identify healthy and unhealthy patterns. Change is constant. Allow yourself to embrace it. Catch your negative self-talk. It won't help you persevere if your negativity is your greatest enemy. Be compassionate to yourself. Grit and resilience are about growth. It's not overnight; rather, it's a lifelong journey. Allow others on the journey to help you develop Grit and Resilience.
