Selfishly, Chad caught my eye because he was always making FB posts about going snowboarding, dirt biking, mountain biking and everything else outdoors. Knowing he was into real estate investing, I had to have him on to learn more!   Chad and I talk in depth about how he got started in the real estate world, and how/why he chose apartments as his niche.   He expressed the importance of building systems and bringing in people to help with tasks that you don't need to be doing within your business.   Know your roll within the company and stay in your lane he says. Essentially, if you are good at marketing, do marketing. Don't take on accounting and acquisitions if you market well. Hire out. If you are a single family flipper, or apartment buyer, define your area, price range and stay there.
