There's a paradox in America right now.  Every boss can't find employees, and every unemployed person can't find a job.  Clearly, there's an issue somewhere in the hiring process.  Gene has identified at least one of them: bad resumés.  You already know to avoid typos, grammatical mistakes, that sort of thing.  But did you think about your email address?  You might have been using DemonSlayer420 for so long that you don't think about the fact that it's not exactly professional.  It's the little things.
