If there is one key area the vast majority of sales people could improve, as could many Sales Leaders, it is their in call performance. Irrespective of the industry, product or service, it is incredible how many sales people lead the conversation with information, providing a plethora of amazing features of their product or service, and in many cases, not noticing the eyes of their customer glaze over.
