This session I chat with friend to the show, Markias Littlejohn, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)of Kairos Therapeutic Alliance and on Session 11. We chat about a lot of the issues that affect black males with feeling comfortable about sharing their emotions, being open, mental wellness and therapy. Markias shares gems again on helping black men move past the typical gender norms and sharing from his series "Being the main guy and the side guy" all wrapped into one.
