Betty leads the company’s in-house litigation team which actively defends the company’s uninsured litigation across the country. In this role, she has tried cases and arbitrations in numerous jurisdictions. Betty has also argued appeals in several federal districts and before the Missouri Supreme Court. In fulfilling this not so traditional in-house litigation role, Betty works closely with local counsel in the jurisdictions where her cases are pending.
