Listen "Ethical Mental Health with Judy Hu"
Episode Synopsis
Judy Hu is a psychotherapist with over 25 years experience, with the goal to not just help to cope in this dysfunctional world, but to thrive in it by actively unlearning toxic belief systems learned in childhood. She is committed to prioritizing her work to serve those identifying as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color. What I loved about speaking with Judy was the raw and open honesty around beliefs, race and seeing the world through a whole different lens.
