A retired teacher, school principal, and pastor, Lyn Barrett was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder in 1992 while climbing up the career ladder. After considerable therapeutic work, she now lives a happily integrated life in the Adirondacks, sharing her memoir Crazy: Reclaiming Life from the Shadow of Traumatic Memory and helping others to heal through writing workshops. There’s so much to learn from others in their healing and by sharing a safe space for our story, we live in the hope to help others do the same.
