In this episode, Lois discusses her journey of selling her company at the right time due to God's leading,  getting rid of artificial boundaries, effective prioritization, being merciful to ourselves, the framework she uses for her programs that provides healing for businesses, groups, and individuals, the challenge of removing the ego and asking for help, and why "owning mistakes" catapulted her and her business to where it is today. 
Working with business leaders for more than 30 years, Lois Sonstegard has learned the passion successful leaders have to do more and become better. Lois is the owner of Build2Morrow and Host of Build a Legacy Podcast. Lois has experience managing global teams, building high performing teams and launching products globally. She is passionate about creating workplaces that engage people, are inclusive and achieve results. She has developed a methodology that works to create individual and team accountability even during times of change and transition. Some of her accomplishments consists of developing regional health care systems to improve outcomes for women and children; took start-up manufacturing company internationally; developed about 45 patents and trademarks, and currently developing a training model to heal our companies and employees--going beyond Diversity and Inclusion to Healing.
