Meet Natalia Scheidegger an EO Sydney member and  Co-Owner of 3rdmill, an IT company based in Sydney. At the age of 25, Natalia was faced with the surprising and daunting task of taking over the family business after her father's sudden passing. Despite her lack of entrepreneurial experience and limited knowledge about the industry, Natalia stepped up to lead the company while still grieving for her father. Today, we will explore Natalia's remarkable journey as she navigated uncharted waters in running the company and emerged as an inspiring leader.
