Today I want to share with you the four stages in really perfecting your process. Number one, you form. Number two, it storms. Number three, it’s a norm. Number four, it performs. It starts with forming a process and through the storm it will turn into a norm and eventually perform for you. There are different processes for so many facets of your business and these four stages must be remembered when setting and perfecting a process.
