She formerly worked as a partner in a large law firm and ended up leaving the world of corporate law after suffering burnout and recovering from a serious illness in 2014.These life events ultimately led her to develop a unique methodology to help high-achieving women S.H.I.F.T into high performance and succeed as the corporate athlete.
