This week on RR&R Show I talk to Anthony Gilbert from Tulsa, OK. He is a 43-year old project manager, a family man with four kids ranging from 4 to 17-years old. Anthony likes to say he has been running since birth because his parents would take him to the local track to run off his energy and he's never stopped running. He ran in school through college and then later in life came back to running to do a marathon. He has run many marathons, 50k's, a 55-miler, and has his eyes set on completing his first 100-mile run.
