I'm delighted to say I am joined by the multi-talented Hannah Tyrrell today. Hannah is an Irish international rugby player, current Dublin GAA footballer, ambassador for Pieta House, and a massive mental health advocate.
Hannah has had a wondering sporting career and is very open about sharing her story now, but it wasn't always that way. As a teenager, Hannah suffered in silence as so many people too. She developed an eating disorder and would also self-harm as a punishment for not reaching her own targets.
Hannah is now fully recovered and an ambassador for Pieta House.
