Do you ever feel like giving up before you even get started? It happens to the best of us. Motivation comes and goes. If we try to stay consistent off of motivation alone, we set ourselves up to fail because there's no way to STAY motivated all the time. Creating discipline in our lives is what will give us lasting results. Doing it when we don't feel like, not constantly giving ourselves a pass before we've earned a break, and changing our perspective around the way we look at failure will speed up the process. Remember your why. You decided to ___________________ fill in the blank. Lose weight, get up early, workout more, go to sleep earlier, get more sleep, cook dinner at home more, spend more quality time with your family, stop watching so much tv, and the list goes on. It's time to keep your word so that you can reap the rewards from being the overcomer that you are. Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." When you make a decision, it's because you know that it will change your life fo the better. If you expect to have "growing pains" and remember that soon those feelings will pass, before you know it, you'll get past the breaking point.
