Episode Synopsis
If you've been trying to lose some stubborn pounds and you're not sure where to start, then think about the food you're eating and how you're eating. Food cravings can set you back and cause your progress to stall if you give in to them. Whether you're an emotional eater, or mindless eater, we know that food can play a big role in our health results. In this episode, I share tips on how to conquer food cravings from a mindful approach, as well as how to take care of yourself in the process. This was the last week of The 30-Day God, Food, and You Challenge, and I'm so proud of those who slayed the challenge, lost some weight, and grew a better relationship with God and themselves in the process. I'm looking forward to doing another challenge in the future if you're looking for more help in these areas.
